We had a very nice cloud formation this morning. Air currents had formed these pretty waves in the lower cloud. Here seen above Mynydd Rhiw looking south-west from where we live.
And here looking south in the direction of Abersoch.
And this slightly further west.
It’s a dull day light-wise but we have some good weather. One of the benefits for us to live on the side of a mountain is that we get a lot of sky to look at. Bendigedig!

Lovely. Was peering through the murk at you from Karen’s at Dyffryn Ardudwy last week in the hope of waving frantically to you. Sadly, the clouds didn’t lift so you’d see me!
Hi Michelle, sorry the cloud didn’t clear for you so you got the full experience. Perhaps there will be a next time and we can coordinate a wave 🙂
Will probably be there again in October – planning to come to Ty Newydd for a course as well as visiting Karen 🙂
That’s excellent Michelle, I hope the weather decides to improve a little for you 🙂
Absolutely beautiful, Carl.
I love looking at the sky and interesting cloud formations. There are too many trees around our garden to be able to see much sky, but it’s good to get out to more open areas to look at the sky.
